Cancellation Policy
Orders or service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Digital services/products (consultations, courses, downloadable materials, etc.) are non-cancellable once delivered or accessed.
Refund Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their experience at YDBaba.com. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Physical Products – Eligible for a refund if returned in original condition within 7–10 days of delivery.
Services/Digital Products – Refunds may only be granted if:
The service was not delivered as promised, or
A valid issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
